Payments and Cancellations
Payment Policy
To confirm your appointment, full payment is required in advance. While our booking system may show an option for in-person payment, we kindly ask that all sessions be paid online prior to the scheduled time.
This helps us reduce no-shows and allows us to serve you more efficiently.
If payment is not received at least 24 hours before your appointment, the session may be released or canceled.

Cancellation Policy
At Enable Massage, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness to all clients and our therapists, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of treatment.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle such cases on an individual basis.
